The Third Youth Leadership Million Dollars Training Programme

The kick-off ceremony of the 3rd programme was held in mid-January 2012.The Hon. Regina Ip, G.B.S., J.P. was invited as the Guest of Honor and delivered her impressive speech on leadership and management.Mrs. Peggy Lam, HKFW Chairperson, also gave her encouragement remarks to the 29 selected young ladies on grasping every learning opportunity on leadership.

Convernor Diana Wong reported that the programme aims at taking the initiative of providing all-round leadership training to future women leaders of Hong Kong, as well as developing their talents, strengths and abilities. Content of the 2012 programme includes: Enhancement of leadership ability, management skills, interpersonal skills, social networking skills, and understanding of Mainland China. The Graduation Ceremony will take place in July.
